Design Features And Benefits
1、BMD type petrochemical process pump is a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, double shell, segment type pump. Impellers are arranged in the same direction or back-to-back. It is radially split, center line supported type. It’s designed according to API610 11th edition, BB5 type

2、This pump is double shell type. Forging technology is adopted for outer pressure casing and integral pull out method is adopted for inner parts

3、Balance drum is adopted to balance shaft force. Back to back impeller arrangement is also available

4、Roller bearing, forced lubricated sleeve bearing are available.

5、Cooling method options: Air cooling, forced vent fans, water cooling

6、Temperature and vibration measuring provisions are available to carry out real time monitoring

7、Seal chamber conforms to API 682 standard. It meets installation requirements for single end mechanical seal or double ends mechanical seal of cartridge type . And many kinds of piping plans can be equipped

Application

It is mainly used to transfer all kinds of clean or flammable, explosive, toxic liquid such as oil, refined oil, liquefied petroleum gas, light hydrocarbon, boiler feed water, etc.
